Thank you for ordering with us. At Higher Ground, we’re committed to delivering a seamless customer experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns
- Returns/Exchanges are eligible within 7 days from date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items purchased during any sale (archive, final sale, season sale, or markdown) are ineligible, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Gift Cards & accessories cannot be returned.
- An incorrect product has been delivered (does not match your order confirmation).
In the unlikely event of receiving a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, please notify us with photographs within 24 hours of delivery for immediate inspection.
Upon verification, our Customer Service team will guide you on the next steps.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are eligible within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges can be processed for the same amount or higher.
- Exchanged pieces are non-returnable.
- A fee of ₹250 is applicable for reverse pickup and reshipping.
Returns
- All returns are processed as store credit. We currently do not offer refunds.
- Upon approval, a reverse pickup will be arranged from your delivery address.
- A ₹100 deduction is applied per return for handling and logistics.
- Store credit (valid for 12 months) is issued after inspection & approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items with makeup stains, scent (perfume/cologne), or signs of wear.
- Customized or altered items.
- Items not in the same condition as received.
We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet eligibility criteria. Customers must arrange pickup of declined items.
If there’s an error from our end, kindly notify us within 24 hours with photographs. We will assist you at no cost.
Gift Cards
- Valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- Redeemable only on our official website.
- Non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Please do not share gift codes — we are not responsible for misuse.
- Returns on gift card orders are reissued as store credit.
Offline / Pop-Up Events
- Eligible for exchange only within 48 hours of purchase.
- Products must be unused, with tags and original receipt.
- Exchanges subject to availability; store credit issued if unavailable.
- Sale or customized items are ineligible.
Process
1. Initiate Exchange / Return
Submit a request via our Returns Portal or email hi@highergroundofficial.com with your Order ID and reason.
2. Request Evaluation
Requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
3. Reverse Pickup
Pickup will be scheduled from your address. Items must be securely packed. You may also self-ship if preferred.
4. Inspection & Approval
Inspection takes approximately 3–5 working days.
5. Store Credit / Exchange Dispatch
- Approved exchanges are dispatched.
- Returns are credited as store credit within 24 hours of approval.
6. Tracking
Updates are shared at every stage via your registered account.
Additional Notes
- Minor color variations may occur due to screen or handmade processes.
- Product availability and pricing may change without notice.
- Items purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible.
- Excessive or suspicious returns may be restricted.
- Returns not initiated within 7 days may be refused.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
