Shipping Within India

Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping across India
  • COD orders incur ₹250 handling fee
  • Dispatched in 3–4 business days

Express Shipping

  • Available for select pin codes
  • Delivered in 1–3 business days
  • To request for express shipping, contact us on whatsapp or drop us an email with subject “Request for express shipping- #Order ID” for our team to prioritize & expedite your request
  • To ensure timely deliveries, we partner only with trusted and reliable courier services like Blue Dart Express
  • Please note the guidlines for Express shipping:
    • Requests are subjects to product availability
    • Courier fee is borne by customer
    • Eligible for Pre-paid orders only

    International Shipping

    We currently do not ship internationally.

    Shipping Restrictions

    Unserviceable Pin Codes

    If your pin code is not serviceable (as notified by our logistics partners), our team will get in touch to explore alternative solutions.

    Commercial Addresses

    For security, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to hostels or commercial office spaces. As these locations often have shared or restricted access, that may result in failed or unverified deliveries. We recommend opting for prepaid payment methods instead to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

    Multiple delivery addresses

    If you'd like items delivered to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each shipping address. This helps us ensure smooth processing and accurate delivery for every shipment. .

    Re-directing an order

    For any modification, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you, if the order hasn’t been processed yet. Once processing begins, we will be unable to make any changes.

    In the event of a failed delivery or return, we shall wait for the item to be returned to us and pass a mandatory quality check. Once verified, we will arrange a re-shipment for you to the preferred address. Re-attempt delivery charges apply. If you'd prefer not to reattempt delivery due to an extended unavailability, we’ll issue store credits (in case of a pre-paid order) to your account equivalent to the item value(s) for your next purchase.

    Delivery Timelines

          • Standard: Dispatched within 3-4 business days.
          • Express: Once approved, dispatched within 1–2 business days.
          • Pre-Orders: Dispatched on the date mentioned in the product description of the item.
          • Special Delivery Requests: Get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

    Order Tracking

          • Order Confirmation : As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order summary.
          • Shipped : Once shipped, you will receive tracking details on your email & whatsapp.
          • Delivered: You’ll be notified as soon as your order is marked delivered. We hope you love what you receive.

    Orders & Cancellations

          • Pre-orders : Available on Pre-paid & Cash on Delivery
          • Refunds : In case of an approved order cancellation, we will assign store credits equivalent to the order value to your account. We do not offer refunds. Please refer to our returns / exchange policy for more details.
          • Service Delays: We do not hold responsibility for unexpected shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier clearance issues. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier partner directly using your tracking number for the most accurate and immediate updates.
          • Failed Delivery : We encourage you to check your order details before placing an order. We cannot be liable for any failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address details, unreachable contact numbers, refusal to accept the parcel, rescheduling or non-payment. Re-attempt shipping charges apply.

    We accept UPI, debit & credit cards, net banking, wallets. Online payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
