Shipping Within India

Standard Shipping

• We offer free standard shipping across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur a ₹250 handling fee.
• Orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days.

In case items are unavailable, please allow us time to restock. Our team will notify you of any delay via email.

Express Shipping

• Available for metro cities & select pin codes across India.
• Delivered within 1–3 business days from dispatch.
• To request express shipping, contact us on WhatsApp or email with the subject “Request for Express Shipping – #Order ID”.

We partner with trusted courier services like Blue Dart Express. However, rare delays may occur due to holidays, logistics disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. However, we are working towards global availability. If you’d like us to prioritize shipping to your country, please reach out to us.

Shipping Restrictions

Unserviceable Pin Codes

If your pin code is unserviceable, our team will contact you with alternative solutions.

Multiple Delivery Addresses

Please place separate orders for each delivery address to ensure accurate processing.

Commercial Addresses

COD is not available for hostels or commercial office spaces. We recommend prepaid payment methods for smoother delivery.

Redirecting an Order

For any modifications, contact us as soon as possible. Once processing begins, changes cannot be made.

In failed deliveries or returns:

• Items are returned and quality-checked.
• Re-shipment is arranged (additional charges apply).
• In case of extended unavailability, store credits (for prepaid orders) will be issued equivalent to item value.

Delivery Timelines

• Standard: Dispatched in 3–4 business days.
• Express: Delivered in 1–3 business days once approved.
• Pre-orders: Dispatched on the date mentioned on the product page.
• Special Requests: Contact us — we’ll do our best.
