How to Exchange / Return your item (s)

You can request for an exchange or return via our Product Returns Portal, or contact us via email at
hi@highergroundofficial.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
Request Evaluation
Our team will evaluate your return request within 1–2 business days and guide you through the next steps.
Reverse Pick-up
We will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address. Please ensure the item is securely packed with tags in its original condition and packaging.

If you choose to ship the item back independently, Higher Ground will not be held responsible for any damage, delay, or loss incurred during transit. Please use a reliable, trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the product, it will be inspected and quality checked for eligibility. We will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your return. This process may take up to 3–5 working days.

Store Credit / Exchange Dispatch
Upon approval:
Exchanges will be dispatched promptly.
Returns will be credited via store credit within 24 hours.
